Gariwald Rosenbloom the Eiegth, or Gariwald Rosenbloom VIII, is a British member of the EPF who is Gary's cousin. He turned himself into a ghost with his Ghostmatron 3000, but his Ghostmatron broke and he couldn't turn back into a penguin. He has been a ghost ever since April 22, 2010.
